Search result roulette
The top result for a gov portal is often a sponsored ad or a cloned domain. On mobile, those are the hardest to spot.
No more Googling “IRS login” and guessing which result is real. MyAbroad Portal puts the official sites for your country inside Captain Waypoint, opened in a safe in-app browser. Log in, file, renew. We never see what you type.
Phishing sites copy logos, buy ads, and rank high. One wrong click and your tax ID, your residency application, or your bank login ends up in the wrong hands. Captain Waypoint curates the real URLs so you never have to find them yourself.

We maintain the official URL for every portal in MyAbroad. If a domain changes, the portal updates before you do.
The Portal Store only surfaces portals that apply to your home and host country. Less noise, less hunting.
Open MyAbroad, tap the portal, log in. You land on the real government site every time.
A verified library of the government portals people abroad actually use. A few popular ones from each country are shown here. The Store keeps growing: new portals are added every week as our partners verify them.
MyAbroad makes portals easier to reach, not easier to observe. Here is exactly how we built it so we can never see what you do once you are on a government site.
Every portal opens in a WebView, a browser tab isolated from the rest of the app. Cookies, logins, and form data live inside that tab, not inside Captain Waypoint.
Captain Waypoint does not inject scripts, does not capture keystrokes, and does not intercept form submissions. Your tax number, password, and documents stay between you and the portal.
On iOS, Apple's WKWebView enforces per-site cookie isolation and blocks cross-site access by default. The app that hosts the WebView cannot read the page's contents or your credentials.
Open the MyAbroad tab, pick the portals you need, log in the way you always do. Captain Waypoint stays out of your way.
